About Us

Deni Eiring is a third generation Colorado native who has spent the past ten years practicing law on the Eastern Plains of Colorado. Raised on a farm in in Burlington, Deni understands the practical realities of farms, ranches, residents, and businesses in Eastern Colorado.

Deni attended Oklahoma Christian University and obtained her undergraduate degree in Government & Legal Studies. Prior to obtaining her law degree, she obtained her master’s degree from the University of Colorado at Denver, and focused her studies and research on water issues facing Eastern Colorado and specifically the Republican River water conservation issues and interstate compact issues.

Prior to opening Eiring Law, Deni served as a prosecutor in Southeast Colorado and prosecuted a variety of a felony and misdemeanor cases at the trial level. She worked as a private practice attorney prior to serving as a prosecutor, and focused her practice on family, civil, and criminal litigation while at Cure & Bain, P.C. Deni is an experienced litigator and enjoys being in the courtroom and advocating for her clients’ rights.

Returning to private practice, Deni now continues to serve clients in Eastern Colorado. In addition to practicing law, Deni and her husband stay very busy raising their three children, volunteering with local youth organization, and running.
